Our
Story

Fortis
Fortis is the name of my sport psychology practice. It means strengths, bravery, courage, resilience. All values I hold dear to me as an individual, an athlete, and a professional.
I adopt an integrative approach to sport psychology practice, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychological Skills Training (PST), and ecological/environmental frameworks. This flexible and client-centred method allows me to tailor interventions to the unique psychological, performance, and contextual demands of each individual or group. By integrating these evidence-based approaches, I aim to provide holistic and adaptable support that promotes both performance enhancement and personal development.
